Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused Drillbrush power scrubbing heads and any accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship Item Back
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our fulfillment center for inspection.
Receive Refund
